How to request account deletion

To delete your NaviNotes account and all associated data, send an email to:

support@navinotes.com

  1. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  2. Include the email address associated with your NaviNotes account
  3. We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once complete

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure to export any materials you want to keep before requesting deletion.
