Delete Your Account
How to request account deletion
To delete your NaviNotes account and all associated data, send an email to:
support@navinotes.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your NaviNotes account
- We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once complete
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- All course boards and their contents
- Flashcard decks and study progress
- Notebooks and annotations
- Uploaded PDFs and syllabi
- AI generation history
- Study streaks and statistics
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure to export any materials you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Data retention
After your deletion request is processed:
- All personal data is deleted immediately from our active systems
- Marketplace purchase records may be retained for up to 90 days for financial compliance purposes, after which they are anonymized
- Automated backups containing your data are purged within 30 days
